How We Turn Public Response Into Meaningful Insight?
As the ways people communicate evolve, so does our approach to polling. We use a dynamic mixed-mode methodology to reach a diverse and representative sample of respondents — combining landline, mobile, and online outreach. Our goal is to reflect the true pulse of public opinion through rigorous sampling and evidence-based analysis.

Online Opt-in Panel

Respondents are invited and screened for voter registration and demographic details (state, gender, age, ethnicity) via a panel. Those who pass quality checks proceed to the survey; low-quality responses are removed.

IVR (Interactive Voice Response)

Automated calls are placed to landlines, allowing respondents to answer surveys using their touch-tone keypad. IVR is used only in states where permitted, with samples drawn from Aristotle’s voter files.

Email Outreach

In select studies, opt-in email lists are used to invite respondents to online surveys hosted on Qualtrics.

Response Collection & Quality Control:

Every response undergoes rigorous screening to ensure data integrity:

  • Voter registration and demographic verification
  • Removal of low-quality or incomplete responses
  • Secure survey hosting on Qualtrics
  • Target populations include registered voters, likely voters, and residents

Data Analysis:

We analyze survey data using both traditional and advanced statistical methods:

Univariate Analysis:

Frequency distributions for each survey item provide a clear snapshot of overall responses.

Bivariate Analysis:

Cross-tabulations reveal differences between subgroups (e.g., age, region, political affiliation). Note: margins of error increase for subgroup analysis.

Bayesian Statistical Methods:

Instead of classical statistics, we use Bayesian techniques — an inductive, probability-based approach that estimates the likelihood of key events and best approximates the true population mean. This method is especially effective for non-probability samples and evolving communication modes, earning its reputation as “Evidence-Based Statistics.”
